What the service is
Body Doubling AI is a browser-based focus tool. You name a task, start a timer, and an AI partner keeps you company with short prompts. It is meant to help you start and stay on a task.
Not medical advice
Body Doubling AI is a focus-support tool. It is not medical treatment, therapy, or a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. Many visitors come here because of ADHD or similar challenges: if you have questions about a diagnosis, medication, or treatment, talk with a qualified clinician. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
The AI partner is not a person
Your focus partner is software, not a human. It cannot see you, it does not know what you are actually doing, and it cannot step in if something goes wrong. Please don't treat it as a friend, a coach, or a source of professional guidance.
Acceptable use
Please use the site in good faith. Don't:
- break the law or use the site to harm others,
- try to disrupt, overload, or break into the site or its waitlist form,
- use automated tools to submit email addresses that aren't yours, or
- copy or resell the site's content or design as your own.
Provided "as is"
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without promises that it will always be online, error-free, or right for your needs. Features can change or be removed at any time. The site is currently free to use. If we ever add paid plans, we will describe them separately before you are asked to pay.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Body Doubling AI and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost time, work, or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new version.
